Secure payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

For custom cues, a deposit of £100 is payable on receipt of order, with balance due on completion. Work will only start once the deposit has been paid.

Orders are usually dispatched same or next day if the item is in stock. Custom orders will be dispatched as soon as settlement payment is received.

  • If a cue is damaged in transit/delivery we can either send a replacement or refund all costs including postage.
  • Custom cue replacement will result in the current lead time for that model of cue plus any extra specifications added due to re-construction.
  • Delivery resulting in the cue being left unattended when no person is available to receive it will void the delivery insurance. 
  • We will not charge a fee to process refunds, however PayPal fees from the original transaction will not be returned.

 

Guarantee

All cues are guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship. This applies to the cue construction and ferrule, the tip is not covered.


Warranty

If you decide after purchase to carry out alterations to the delivered specifications of your new cue, including changing the tip, the standard 6 month guarantee becomes void.


Returns policy

Stock cues
If you are unhappy with your cue and it is not faulty, we will gladly exchange or refund all costs apart from the postage cost. PayPal transaction fees cannot be refunded. This charge will be deducted from a product refund.

Custom cues
There is no returns policy for cues made to order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what they are ordering and provide the correct specifications. Any incorrect measurements or materials selected at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer.

When specifications of a cue have been altered after it was delivered (this includes changing the tip), the cue is not eligible for return.

Returning check list

  1. Please contact us first before returning.
  2. Make sure you haven’t knocked or marked the cue in any way; cues being returned must be in the same condition as it was received. Any damage or marks will result in a deduction from the refund upon evaluation.
  3. Cues must be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe return.
  4. Cues must be returned in the first week if not suitable.
  5. When returning, it’s the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for the courier.

We may ask for a copy of the receipt or the receipt number in some instances.
 

Cancelation policy

To cancel your order, please reply to your ‘Order confirmation’ email stating that you wish to cancel all or part of the order. Should you wish to cancel your order, the following cancellation terms apply:

Full refund

  • Up to 1 month after date of order.
  • After 1 month from date of order, a £25 admin fee is applied.

No refund

From 4 months after order - applies to custom cue orders. This is due to the construction having been started and any special materials requested for the build having been ordered.

Payments will be refunded via the same method as the original payment, minus any transaction fees.


Order completion for custom cues

Once orders are complete, customers will be contacted via email and SMS to make an outstanding balance payment. The cue/s will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of full payment. If the outstanding balance is not paid in full within two months of notification that the cue/s are ready, they will be put into stock and any deposit amount paid will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.


 

Privacy policy

I hereby fully consent to the collection, storage and use of my personal data, which is freely submitted for the following purposes only:

Product enquiry/product purchase, or as agreed with Vantage Cues on this day.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by requesting that withdrawal via email to Vantage Cues and that my request will be acted upon within one month of receipt of request.

I understand that Vantage Cues shall inform me of any third parties, that may process my information prior to submitting that data and that the company will not submit my data without first obtaining my consent. Vantage Cues do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
